Alicat Scientific M-Series Mass Flow Meter is a digital/analog instrument. Accurate, repeatable and configurable, suitable for use in various applications.
The patented laminar flow measurement technology is able to guarantee very high response speed and excellent linearity of the mass flow rate in a 200:1 range.
Measuring ranges from 2,5 cc/min to 4000 SL/MIN.

Alicat mass flow meters are high performance instruments with high rangeability and flexibility of use. With flow rates ranging from 0.00005 sccm to 5000 slpm, for over 100 gases selectable from the built-in display
With a single instrument you can measure mass and volumetric flow as well as temperature and pressure.
