SA1100 – Diaphragm pressure switch

Waterproof and explosion proof in an economical housing. Rugged construction ensures maximum reliability in applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The new design also allows a maximum burst pressure of 206 BAR. The special diaphragm design also ensures that the hysteresis (or dead band) is reduced to 5% of the FS. Since in many applications a high dead band is instead required, a separate dead band adjustment is also available. The set point and dead band adjustment are protected behind the transparent polycarbonate protection and are completely isolated from the electrical part for additional safety. A 7/16” wrench is the only tool needed to change the set point. Electrical connections are made via the internal terminal block. The SA1100 series is waterproof in execution from NEMA 1 to IV, NEMA 13 E NEMA 7, class I, groups B,C & D, NEMA 9, class II, groups E, F & G. An optional DRAIN is available obtaining execution IP 54.
