WP3000-PHOTOHELIC® – Differential pressure gauges with alarms in 316 stainless steel case

The 3000MR and 3000MRS Photohelic® Series Alarm Pressure Gauges combine the functions of a precise, highly repeatable differential pressure switch with an easy-to-read analog gauge based on the proven Magnehelic® design. Alarm thresholds are easily adjustable using external knobs on the front of the gauge.

The pressure indication is not affected by the operation of the electrical part and is guaranteed even in the event of a power failure. The design of this Manometer offers very small dimensions and weight. The units can be flush mounted in a 122 mm hole or wall mounted with optional accessories.

The 3000MR models use versatile electromechanical relays with gold-plated silver contacts - ideal for dry circuits. For applications requiring high duty cycles, choose the 3000 MRS models with solid state relays (NO). All models allow for low and high alarm settings, and are supplied with a standard 450 mm cable for electrical connections. Gauge accuracy is ±2% of full scale and alarm repeatability is ±1%.

Deadband is equal to the width of the pointer, less than 1% of full scale. Compatible with air and other non-combustible, non-corrosive gases, they can be used in systems with static pressures up to 25 psig (1.725 ​​bar). Versions are available for static pressures up to 35 psig (2.42 bar) or 80 psig (5.51 bar).
