The PMT2 series particulate matter transmitter is designed to measure particulate matter levels. particulate matter emission
from the dust collector exhaust.
using the DC coupled electrostatic induction sensing technology, the transmitter monitors a pA current generated by the passage of particulate matter near the probe; a signal from 4 - 20 mA varies depending on the level of particulate matter.
PMT2 offers 6 sensitivity ranges allowing the user to choose the range best suited to the application. The range and test selector can also be set to output a 4 mA or 20 mA signal for ease of setup or troubleshooting.
